Check in – check out
Check in from 14.00 on the day of the arrival.
Check out no later than 12.00 on the departure day.
Available extras for your stay
Spa bath
We have a warm larger Spa Bath that you can book. Up to 4 persons 500 SEK, 5-7 persons 600 SEK. When you book the Spa, we will lend you Bath robes and slippers.

Full Breakfast
We can serve you a full Breakfast on our glass veranda. Children 2-6 years 75 SEK. Children under the age of 2 free of charge.

Cleaning
If you don`t want to clean the house before your check-out, you can leave it to us. The price is 900 SEK for the large cottage and 500 SEK for the small cottage.

Bed linen
If you want to arrive to an already made bed, it is possible to rent Bed Linen to a price of 150 SEK per person. That also includes large and small towel.

Booking rules
The booking fee for the Large Cottage is 1200 SEK and 800 SEK for the Small Cottage. The booking fee is to be payed within a week from when your booking has been confirmed. The rest of the payment at the latest 3 weeks before arrival.
Payment will be either to our bank account or if you have Swish. You will get the account numbers when your booking is confirmed. Do not forget to give us your name and dates for your stay.
The booking fee is non refundable. If you have to cancel yor stay between 3 weeks up to 1 week before your arrival you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
If you have to cancel your stay 1 week or less before your arrival, you have to pay 75% of the total cost.
Cleaning
Cleaing is not included. If you dont want to clean the house before your check-out, you can leave it to us. The price is 900 SEK for the large cottage and 500 SEK for the Little cottage
The guest is responsible for emptying the dish washer and put back all clean dishes.
Take out the trash and recycling items such as alluminum cans, glass and hard plastic.
If you have rented bed linen, please remove them from the beds.
If you would like to clean the cottage yourself, there is a checklist in the binder.
We sort out household waste and separate glass, aluminium and hard plastic containers. We compost food waste.
Pool area
Parents are responsible for their children in and by the pool area. The pool can only be used by guests in our cottages. Showering is mandatory before using the pool. There also is a shower in the poolarea.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed with an extra fee of 200 SEK. Dogs should be keept in a leach in our yard. With a deep consern for our next guests we do not allow dogs in the beds or sofas.
